Abstract:The Dexing copper deposit is one of the famous porphyry copper deposits with low grade of polymetals in China. In the past years, only process mineralogy in ore flotation Cu was studied. The studies of other metals, such as Re, Co, Au and Ag, are lacked. In this study, XRD, SEM, EDS and phase analysis were conducted on ore samples from different flotation stages of Dashan and Sizhou concentrator. The dominant sulfides include pyrite, chalcopyrite and molybdenite, which are enriched in sulfur, copper and molybdenum concentrates. Re and Co are as isomorphism hosting in the lattice of sulfide, while Au and Ag are mainly hosted in natural gold and tellurides. Re, Co, Au and Ag are highest in molybdenum, sulfur, copper, molybdenum rough concentrates of Dexing copper ore flotation process, respectively. Rutile, platinum group elements, mica in tailings can be comprehensively recovered and utilized, which can improve economic performance of mining company.
